Short, specific and written in the same voice as the rest of the site. If something here is unclear, that is our failure and we will rewrite it.

Ask us about your data

Access, correction and deletion requests can go through this form as easily as through email. Put the request in the message field.

A working address — the quote comes back here.

US or Canada only, in the format (XXX) XXX-XXXX.

US state or Canadian province — name or two-letter code.

US ZIP (XXXXX or XXXXX-XXXX) or Canadian postal code (A1A 1A1).

26 totes fill a 53-foot trailer single-stacked.

Quotes are written by a human in the Austin yard, usually the same day. We never sell or share what you send us.

The short version

We collect what you type into the quote form so that we can answer it. It goes to our lead system and to the person writing your quote. We do not sell it, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this website. Ask us and we will delete it.

Who we are

IBC Totes TX LLC, 3505 Montopolis Dr, Austin, TX 78744. Questions about this policy, or requests to access or delete your data, go to hello@ibctotestx.com.

What we collect

Only what you submit through a form on this site. Specifically:

  • Your name, email address and telephone number
  • Your company name, city, state and postal code, where you provide them
  • The quantity, product type, service and grade you are enquiring about
  • Anything you write in the message field
  • The URL of the page the form was submitted from, so we know what you were reading when you asked

The postal code is genuinely necessary: container freight is priced by destination, and without it we cannot quote you.

What we do not collect

  • No advertising cookies, no remarketing pixels, no third-party analytics. This site sets no cookies of its own at all.
  • No behavioural profiling and no cross-site tracking.
  • No payment details through this website. Orders are invoiced separately or paid at the yard.

Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry, to quote you, to fulfil an order, and to keep a record of what was agreed. That is a legitimate business interest and, once you have asked us for a quote, a step toward a contract.

Who sees it

  • Our own staff — the order desk, the buy-back desk and the yard.
  • Our lead-capture provider, which stores form submissions on our behalf under a data processing arrangement.
  • Carriers, where a delivery address is needed to move your containers. They get the address and the contact name, not the rest.
  • Nobody else. We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise share enquiry data, and we never will.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted after 24 months. Order records are kept for seven years because tax and commercial law require it. Ask sooner and we will delete anything we are not legally obliged to retain.

Your rights

Ask us and we will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Texas residents have specific rights under state law, and if you are contacting us from outside the United States we will apply the same standard regardless of whether we are strictly required to. One email to hello@ibctotestx.com is the whole process — there is no form.

Security

Form submissions are transmitted over TLS and handled server-side; the credentials for our lead system never reach your browser. Access on our side is limited to staff who need it.

Changes

If we change this policy materially we will change the date at the top and, for anything significant, tell customers directly rather than relying on you to re-read it.

On the yard

Weathered and discoloured used IBC totes lined up outdoors in front of a warehouse, showing a range of staining and cage condition
Intake, ungradedArrivals before grading. Staining is cosmetic; a crease in the sidewall is not, and that is what we look for.
Two reconditioned 275 gallon IBC totes side by side on a warehouse floor, clear HDPE bottles in galvanised cages with red lids and blue ball valves
Graded and readyTwo 275 gallon units off the sales row — washed, new gaskets, valves rebuilt, photographed before they ship.
